Estéban works every day to give you complete satisfaction, proposing high quality products, developed with care and methodically checked by our quality control service.

  • The majority of our products are made in France in our workshops, and use wherever possible natural materials.
  • Our perfumes are produced in partnership with perfumer-creators working in the French perfume industry in Grasse
    and Paris.
  • Our manufacturer and supplier partners are chosen according to strict specifications, including rigour, respect for the environment and constant quality
  • Precise details of the composition and function of our products are available in each of our product information sheets.

 

The very high standards that we apply to each creative and manufacturing stage have ensured the success of the Estéban brand over 30 years.

If, despite our constant efforts, one of our products does not give you total satisfaction, please would you get in touch with our Customer service to let us know, within 14 days after taking receipt of your order.

We will then offer either to replace the product or to reimburse its cost.

In order to take advantage of these conditions, you should return the product to us in its original packaging, together with any accessories and with no trace of damage or use, after obtaining the agreement of our Customer service.
In the event of a defective product, please give us details in your letter of the faults observed.
