    Most of our products are manufactured in France in our workshops, and prefer as often as possible renewable raw materials.
    Our perfumes are worked in partnership with creative perfumers from the French perfumery in Grasse and Paris.
    Our partners and suppliers are chosen according to strict specifications, including rigor, respect for the environment and constant quality.
    Accurate information on the composition and functionality of our products is available in each of our product sheets.
    The rigor we apply to each stage of creation and manufacture has been the success of the Estéban brand for more than 35 years.

  • What are the delivery conditions ?

    Our teams make every effort to bring you the most efficient service every day, and responsive to your repeated requests, we deliver abroad.

    For delivery to the following destinations: France (including Corsica), Monaco, Belgium, Spain, Greece and Portugal, you can place an order on our online store in French.

    For delivery to destinations: Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, we invite you to access our site in English.

    If the country of your choice is not mentioned in these two configurations, it is because we are not able to deliver the destination which interests you, we invite you to consult our heading – Where to find us – to locate the point of sales nearest you.
    The choice of the country of delivery will be proposed to you at the end of the order. For more details we invite you to consult our chapter below dedicated to Shipping.

  • How soon will I be delivered?

    You can now choose to be delivered to your home, post office or a shop near you. The preparation and delivery time remains the same, and you have greater freedom.

    1) The preparation time of your order by Estéban, on average 48/72 hours (unless otherwise mentioned in the product sheet at the time of your order). Your order is then entrusted to the postal services that are responsible for delivering it to your home or relay package you have chosen.

    2) The delivery time of your package by La Poste.

    For France: the average delay is 4-5 days in total: 2 days before shipment + 2-3 days delivery, depending on the chosen destination. Delivery is in Colissimo followed.

    For other destinations: the average delay is 9 days: 2 days before shipping + 7 days delivery, depending on the chosen destination. Delivery is made in Colissimo Expert (delivered against signature).

    The deadlines 1) and 2) mentioned above are calculated from the validation by our services of the order and are counted in working days from Monday to Friday.

    For orders to destinations other than those served by our online store, you can contact us at + 33 (0) 1 45 49 09 39 or send an e-mail indicating the products that interest you to our sales department by correspondence.

  • How can I track my package ?

    You can follow the status of your order from your customer account, “Order tracking” section. When shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail specifying your Colissimo tracking number. You can then use it to follow the delivery steps on Colissimo website
