For delivery to Germany, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic or Sweden, you can order from our English-language site.
For delivery to the following destinations:France (including Corsica), Monaco, Belgium, Spain, Greece and Portugal, please go to our online store in French.
If your chosen country is not mentioned in these two groups, it means that we cannot deliver to the destination you want. We suggest that you go to our WHERE TO FIND US section to find the sales outlet closest to you.
The delivery time is broken down into two separate stages, approximately 8-9 days :
1) Your order preparation time by Estéban, on average 24-48 hours.
Your order is then entrusted to the postal services, responsible for delivering it to your home.
2) Your package shipping time by La Poste.
The average time is 7 days, varying depending on the chosen destination. Delivery is by Colissimo Expert (you need to sign for it).
The times 1) and 2) given above are calculated with effect from our services' confirmation of the order and are counted in working days from Monday to Friday.
For any order going to other destinations than those supplied by our on-line boutique, you can contact us on + 33 (0)1 45 49 09 39 or send an e-mail to our mail order sales department stating which products interest you.
It is essential that the address entered is one known to the postal services, so your order can be delivered without any problems. It is important to note the entry code, floor number, and every detail that will facilitate the delivery of your package.

Delivery of a gift
Nothing is simpler.
Whatever the content of your order or the delivery address (based on the countries supplied by our on-line boutique), you can have your gift delivered to its recipient, including a personal message.
Write your message at the end of the order process and we will copy it onto a complimentary card to be included in the package. Only the delivery note is attached, while your invoice can be consulted from the My account section.

Following up your order
You can follow the progress of your order from your customer account, in the "Order follow-up" section. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your Colissimo dispatch number. You can then use this to follow the progress of the package on the Postal site.
What happens if you are not there when the package is delivered?
The postman will leave a message in your letterbox. You can then collect your package from the post office nearest your home, where it will be held for 15 days. After that deadline, it will be sent back to us.
What to do if your package is delayed?
If there is a delay in the delivery of your package, we advise you to check its position on the ColiPoste site, or enquire at your local post office.
If these steps are unsuccessful, contact our Customer service.
Checking the package
When you are handed your order, immediately check the parcel in front of the delivery man, both packaging and content. If your parcel arrives open, damaged or torn, check the condition of the products it contains.
If the items have been damaged, refuse to take the package and note your reservations on the delivery note.
We would point out that products ordered are always shipped at your own risk. In the event of a problem, you should make your claim within 72 hours by registered letter to the shipper.
Within the same 72 hours, you should send a copy of your claim to Customer service by e-mail or by registered letter.

To guarantee that your order is dispatched properly, all our packages are shipped by La Poste, through the
Colissimo expert service for abroad.
During the first validation stage of your order, the postal charges are added to the amount in your basket.
These include your participation in the order processing costs and the postal charges.
A fixed sum of €12,50 is applied, whatever the amount, content and weight of your order.
